War Stories from Nursery

A couple of weeks ago in nursery, Abby was playing with a toy that another kid wanted. Abby wasn't in the mood to share and after a moment of wrestling, the kid PUNCHED Abby in the eye. Luckily it wasn't that big of a cut and Abby recovered fairly quickly.

I am going to teach Abby how to throw a mean right hook! And nursery is one of the most dangerous places for a child. When dad and I were nursery workers about 10 years ago, we had one little boy leave bloody teethmarks on the back of another. If kids can survive nursery, they can just about survive anything.
